Shipping policy

Once your order ships, it will arrive in 3-7 business days with standard ground shipping. Within that window, please note our carriers will pass off your order to your local USPS office. With priority shipping your order will arrive within a 3-4 business day delivery window after shipping via USPS or DHL. With expedited shipping your order will arrive within a 2 business day window via FedEx or UPS. Large orders will
be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground shipping. Once the order is placed,
you will receive a shipping confirmation email 1-3 business days after
your package has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (CAN)

Once your order ships, it will arrive in 3-7 business days with standard ground shipping. We
partner with a variety of carriers to meet these delivery expectations.
Orders will not be subject to any taxes or duties upon delivery.

3. International Shipping (Non US Or Canada)

International shipping for all Cottage Organics products are carried out by one of two methods. These methods are Shippo DDP (Delivered duty paid) or DDU (Delivered duty unpaid). For those who are not aware, here is the breakdown of what these two methods detail!

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): This
is where we agree to cover safely transporting your Cottage Organics products until they reach an agreed-upon destination. Import related
taxes and duties will be collected and paid for by Cottage Organics and Shippo. Once that destination is reached, the responsibility shifts to your local courier for final mile delivery!

Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): This
is where we agree to cover transporting your Cottage Organics products safely to your destination, however taxes and duties may be required by the customer to pay upon delivery for a package entering that particular country. Once again, these taxes and duties are not the
responsibility of Cottage Organics Shipping rates are for all international Cottage Organics orders are calculated at checkout based on your country and the size of your order(s)! Orders shipped internationally to the United
Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, or member states of
the EU will be shipped DDP. All other countries that Cottage Organics currently ships to, that are not listed as a DDP country, will be shipped DDU. It's good to know what to expect before you place your order of natural suds!Lastly, Cottage Organics products are not intended for resale outside of the United States. We reserve the right to cancel any order which violates these terms.

4. Order Processing

Orders placed through our website normally ship within 1-3 business days. In rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we do experience stockouts, which can cause a longer delay in an order.
